I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for your hospitality and personally stopping by to say hi to Sherri and I when we were down Friday. It goes without saying the warmth, honesty and genuine caring that has been demonstrated to us by yourself and your team has been outstanding! In today’s world the customer focus that you folks demonstrate just does not exist anymore. Beyond the service thus far, we have developed a friendship with a number of the folks on your team. We look forward to our trips down during the building of our home. Ed has been fantastic. Meeting with Paula on Friday to do the home selections was a pleasure. Her knowledge and input was fantastic. I am not one to throw out compliments unless it is well deserved. These compliments come from us to you in a category beyond well deserved!! Getting to know you and some of the team so far, I have full confidence that you and the team will build us a fantastic quality home. It goes without saying that we are raving about you, the team, the developments and the quality of the homes to our world of folks and the potential home/land buyers we encounter when we are in NC. My invite to the new home for a dinner to break in that new outdoor kitchen keeps growing (with all the wonderful folks from your team that we have met) and of course you are on that invite list.

Among the many reasons why I chose Waterford was the immediate sense of belonging I experienced as I entered the community. I am minutes from medical care, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, beaches and Historic Downtown Wilmington. I looked at other communities within the area and along the coast, but I kept coming back to Waterford’s charming community. My friends and family have heard me frequently mention how I feel as though I’m on a constant vacation. The community offers many clubs, committees, and events such as "Evening Under the Stars," where residents enjoyed good food, music and dancing. Whenever I ride my bike or walk the trails, I always encounter a friendly smile or wave. I am truly enjoying this chapter in my life at Waterford.

The proximity to Wilmington, Myrtle Beach and Southport was among the main reasons I chose to move to Waterford. The tropical look and beautiful landscaping with palm trees and freshwater canals, the clubhouse, and all of the amenities, placed Waterford above the other communities I was interested in. I enjoy the good times I have socializing at the clubhouse and all of the planned activities and facilities that Waterford has to offer.

I love telling my friends, and sometimes people I don't know that well, about Waterford. I can't wait to move down there. I think the developers did a fabulous job and I think Waterford will be a great place to live. My husband and myself have always lived in Dutchess County New York so this is a very big move for both of us. And although it's a huge decision to move we are both very much looking forward to it. I will continue to tell and refer as many people as I can about Waterford.
