I’m sure it’s not breaking news that Eckerd is up and running at the entrance of Waterford, but given the traffic and the road work going on along ‘our’ stretch of Hwy 17, you may have not taken your eyes off the road (and prudently so) and seen what else is going on in The Village Shoppes and in the Medical Center.
