Clubhouse and Activities at Waterford of the Carolinas

The Homeowners Clubhouse offers a Fitness Facility with state of the art exerciseequipment, media/game room and library with a large format tv set up for surround sound. There is also an elegantly appointed expansive gathering area for parties and a full kitchen area, a poolside screened porch, outdoor cabana bar and a competition sized pool with wade-in beach, fountains, islands, and seats with jets. The Amenites Center also has a Sports/Events lawn for outdoor activities and parties and USTA approved tennis facilities with 4 courts.

Activities at the Clubhouse include billiards, card games, exercise, tennis and swimming just to name a few — there are presently sixteen clubs or groups that meet regularly for planned activities. See the newsletter for a current listing of clubs and activities.

Walking and biking trails connect all areas of the Amenity Center and you can enjoy the views from picturesque stone bridges and stroll the meandering trails throughout the neighborhood.

The biggest treasure in Waterford are the people. There is a real sense of community and there are new friends waiting to be made. Southern hospitality abounds.

Enjoy sailing on the lakes. Recreation on the waterways and canals includes kayaking, canoeing, and fishing.
